Resources
Responsible study should make sources clear, accessible, and easy for readers to examine for themselves.
Start with Scripture
Numbers 19 is our starting point, but it belongs within the whole biblical story. Leviticus, the Gospels, Hebrews, Daniel, and Revelation all provide important context when read carefully and in their own settings.

Ellen G. White
When we quote Ellen White, we aim to provide enough information for readers to locate the passage, read its surrounding context, and evaluate how it is being used.
Medical and scientific sources
Health and medical claims should be supported by sources appropriate to the question, with preference given to high-quality evidence such as systematic reviews, peer-reviewed research, evidence-based clinical guidance, recognized professional societies, public-health agencies, and established academic institutions.
How we describe evidence
Different statements rest on different kinds of evidence and authority. We may identify material as biblical teaching, Adventist doctrine, Ellen White commentary, historical evidence, scientific evidence, clinical guidance, or interpretation. Making those distinctions explicit helps readers understand the basis, strength, and appropriate use of each conclusion.
